ATTENDANCE OF ANY CAPE TOWN ELECTRONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL (CTEMF) EVENT IS VOLUNTARY. BY ATTENDING A CTEMF EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Attendance involves certain risks for attendees and neither the organiser of the event, nor cape town electronic music festival (ctemf) can warrant for your safety.

You declare that, should damage occur to you or should you suffer injury, you shall not assert damage claims of whatever nature against the organiser or CTEMF.

You agree that you will hold the organiser and CTEMF harmless of claims brought by third parties due to damage you have caused.

By attending a CTEMF event, you undertake to comply with the rules of the venue and event and safety procedures conveyed to you by the organiser, event staff and CTEMF.

You give your consent to the event organisers and CTEMF to use and forward to third parties images of you, unrestricted as to time or place, for any permissible purpose (including marketing purposes) and in any technical manner, altered or unaltered.

Definitive starting permission can be made dependent on a positive on-site inspection and/or safety check.

The organiser reserves the right to change the mode of evaluation at any time. You accept that the participants and spectators have no right to claim any specific method of evaluation.
